Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you change your mind, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

The return period begins on the day your order is marked as delivered or collected.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and in original condition
• Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Be returned with all original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined following inspection.

For Lab Grown Diamond items, the SCS certification must be included with the return.

Items purchased as sets

Items sold as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.

Individual items from a set cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded separately.

Non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Engraved or personalised items
• Earrings used during a piercing appointment
• Gift cards

Additional exclusions apply to Archive Collection and made-to-order items, which are clearly identified on the product page prior to purchase.

Archive Collection

Archive Collection pieces are offered at a special price and are final sale.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or sizing.

Manufacturing defects remain covered under our 2-year manufacturing warranty.

Made-to-order items

Made-to-order items are crafted specifically for you.

Once production has begun in our workshop, these items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for size or preference.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or an error in production, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

In these cases:

• We will arrange a repair or replacement
• WOMUSE will cover all associated shipping costs

Return costs

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs
• Any applicable customs duties or import fees
• Ensuring the item is securely packaged for return

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund processing

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality assessment.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of inspection and issued to the original payment method.
