Complimentary Gift Policy

At WOMUSE, we love surprising our customers with thoughtful gifts to make your experience extra special. To keep things fair and transparent, please review the terms below regarding our Free Gift promotions.

1. Eligibility

   • Free gifts are available only on full-priced items and not applicable to discounted, promotional, or sale products.

   • The offer applies exclusively to first-time customer orders. Repeat or multiple orders under the same name, email, or delivery address may not qualify.

2. Monthly Limit

   • Free gifts are available to the first 20 eligible orders each month.

   • The promotion resets every month, meaning the next 20 first-time orders in the following month will again qualify (subject to stock availability).

3. Availability & Substitutions

   • Free gifts are offered while stocks last and are not guaranteed.

   • If the featured gift is out of stock, WOMUSE will provide a similar alternative item of equal or higher value where possible.

   • If no suitable alternative is available, your order will be shipped without a gift, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

4. Automatic Inclusion

   • Eligible orders will have the free gift automatically included in your shipment. There is no need to manually select or request it at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

   • If you return any part of your order that qualified for a free gift, the gift must also be returned unused and in its original packaging.

   • If the free gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from your refund.

6. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value

   • Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other products.

   • This offer cannot be combined with discount codes, bundles, or other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Right to Amend or Withdraw

   • WOMUSE reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the free gift promotion at any time without prior notice.
