Our 2-Year Warranty Promise
Every WOMUSE piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. To give you confidence in your purchase, we offer a 2-year manufacturing warranty, starting from the date your order is delivered.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, meaning issues related to how the item was made, not how it has been worn.
What is covered
- Loose or fallen stones due to faulty setting
- Faulty clasps or chain joints
- Structural defects caused by manufacturing
- Plating defects that occur under normal use within the warranty period
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, surface marks, natural fading)
- Accidental damage, impact, or bending
- Incorrect sizing selected at checkout
- Damage caused by chemicals (perfume, cleaning products, chlorine, alcohol)
- Loss or theft
- Repairs, resizing, or alterations carried out by third-party jewellers
Care & Warranty
Our manufacturing warranty applies to items that have been worn and cared for in line with our Jewellery Care Guide. Damage resulting from chemical exposure, moisture, impact, or improper storage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

About plating
Plating is a surface finish and will naturally wear over time depending on use and care.
Our warranty covers plating defects, not expected wear.
In some cases, we may offer a paid or complimentary plating refresh as part of our care services. This is assessed individually and is not guaranteed.
How to make a warranty claim

Include clear photos and a brief description of the issue

Our team will assess your request within 1–2 business days
If approved, we will repair or replace the item. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
WOMUSE may request the item to be returned for inspection before final approval.
