The stone itself is absolutely beautiful and fits well but after wearing it for a month the gold plating has rubbed off the band and it has lost it's luster.

The ring is lovely and I was very excited to get it. But I haven’t even been wearing it a day and the band bent when I wiggled it to take it off. I’m disappointed considering the price point.

It was a beautiful ring…while it lasted. The band broke in half while I was wearing it and now I can’t wear it anymore. Lasted about two weeks before this happened.

When mynecklace arrived the silver chain was tangled in knots. It took an hour to untangle it. The pendant is small. Not what I expected. Kinda disappointed.
Hi Julie, thank you for sharing this with us... and I am truly sorry about the chain. It leaves our atelier perfectly packaged but transit can sometimes cause tangling and that is something we are actively working to improve with our new packaging.
On the pendant size... we do share the exact stone measurements under item details on the product page, and we always encourage customers to check these before ordering. We want every purchase to feel like exactly what you imagined.

Unable to get backs off of earrings. They are unbearable!
Oh no, that is the last thing we want to hear! Our earring backs are designed to hold securely but we completely understand this can be a little stiff at first. A small trick that often helps is to gently wiggle the back from side to side rather than pulling straight back.
